Roomsoezen en zo



Vandaag kan het niet op: gebakken banaan, slagroomsoesjes en scampi...

Naschrift

Ik denk dat bij het bakken de soesjes na 20 minuten goed zijn. De tweede lading ging al beter. Beter van kleur en beter van smaak. Dat stond ook in het recept. Uiteindelijk heb ik er 24 gemaakt. Geslaagd...:-)

TIP: slagroomsoezen kan je uitstekend invriezen, met slagroom en al. In een later stadium de soezen een uurtje vantevoren uit de vriezer halen en laten ontdooien.
